Despite its name, magnesium oil isn't an oil at all. It's a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride and water that feels a bit salty on the skin. It's easily absorbed when sprayed topically and is a simple, effective way to support your magnesium levels.

Spray directly onto clean, dry skin. We recommend starting with the soles of your feet. As your body gets used to it, you could also apply to your legs, stomach, back - anywhere that is holding tension. Massage in gently and allow it to absorb. Some people experience a tingling or itchy feeling the first few times they use magnesium oil - this is very normal, and often an indication they're low in magnesium. It typically settles as your levels improve. If it's uncomfortable, try applying it to less sensitive areas like your feet, or over a light layer of moisturiser or oil. If it's really uncomfortable, wipe off with a warm cloth and go back to just using it on your feet for another couple of weeks.

You can then spray on the other areas mentioned as and when needed.
