Shipping within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout NZ using tracked courier services. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you'll receive a confirmation email tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
- Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time: Most parcels arrive within 2-3 working days, depending on your location
- Rural delivery: Please allow a little extra time for rural addresses
Shipping to Australia
We also ship to Australia using tracked delivery.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:
- New Zealand: $4.95
- Australia: $25.00
How we Deliver
All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (non-signature required). This means your parcel will be left in a safe place at your delivery address if you're not home. If there’s no obvious secure spot, the courier may leave a collection card with further instructions.
Please ensure your delivery address is safe to receive unattended parcels. Juno is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
