We're so glad you're here. If you're new to using magnesium oil, don't worry - it's simple, gentle and can make a world of difference to you and your whole family. Here is everything you need to know to get the best results.
Juno Magnesium Oil - Adults
💦 Where to spray
Apply 2-3 sprays and massage into areas where you feel tension or tiredness:
- Feet
- Legs
- Stomach
- Shoulders
- Lower back
We recommend starting with the soles of your feet
The skin here is less sensitive, making it a great place to introduce magnesium gently. It’s also a highly absorbent area, which means your body can take in magnesium effectively.
⏰When to Use
- Before bed to support deeper, more restful sleep
- After exercise to ease tired, tight muscles
- To support restless leg syndrome (RLS)
- For regular or sudden cramp relief
- During busy or stressful days for calm and balance
- Relief from PMS or menopause symptoms
- During pregnancy to help with sleep, cramps or muscle aches
🗓️ How often?
Start with once daily (preferably in the evening) and increase as needed.
✨Helpful tips
Sensitive skin? Start with fewer sprays or apply a moisturiser or neutral oil over the top to dilute the tingling feeling some people notice at first. Alternatively - start with our Little Ones product which has a lower concentration of magnesium chloride.
Consistency is key: Magnesium levels build gradually - using it every night is going to get you much faster results than only using it occasionally.
Let it absorb: Allow the magnesium to absorb for a few minutes before putting clothes or blankets on to get the full benefit. This helps ensure the product works its magic without being wiped off.
Magnesium Oil is a salt-based product so be careful not to apply to broken or irritated skin or freshly shaved legs (ouch!). If you do manage to spray a cut, just wipe off with a warm cloth.
New mums & mums-to-be: Our magnesium oil is 100% natural and safe to use during pregnancy, postpartum and while breastfeeding. That said, every journey is unique, so we always recommend checking in with your midwife or healthcare professional before introducing anything new into your routine.

We didn't want you to have to worry about diluting anything, so we specifically designed our gentle Little Ones formula with tiny bodies and delicate skin in mind.

The feet are a favourite - they’re less sensitive and easy to access during a calming bedtime routine. For slightly older kids who suffer from growing pains, spray directly onto the legs where they are getting the pain and massage in.

- Before bed to encourage deep, restful sleep and consolidate sleep cycles
- During growth spurts when legs feel restless or sore
- On stressful days to help calm big emotions

Start slow: A little goes a long way for young bodies
Make it a fun ritual: A quick spray during story time or after their bath while they're sitting brushing their teeth - think of it as a sprinkle of sleepy fairy dust
Tingling? If your child mentions tingling on their legs or tummy and it's uncomfortable, try rubbing a little bit of neutral oil into their skin and maybe go back to the soles of their feet which is less sensitive
