Love, love, love this Magnesium oil, It's great. I have been using this for about a month now and my sleep is wonderful. I'm falling asleep quickly and sleeping all night. We have used both the adults and little ones sprays and they've made a huge difference to our sleep! My sleep is less disturbed and my muscles are recovering better. Our 3yo had started waking for the toilet in the middle of the night which he hadn't before and once we started spraying his feet this stopped that very night. It's now part of our bed ritual for all of the family.

I initially brought Juno magnesium spray for my 14 year old son who was having issues getting to sleep. After a few nights, we noticed it was easier for him to settle at bedtime, his legs weren't as achy, especially after rugby training and game days. I love the magnesium spray at bed time and my girls (age 5 and 11) have really benefited from the "Little Ones" version. Helps with winding down at bed time and also a better quality sleep. But I especially love the spray on sore muscles and an achy back for me. A spray and massage in to the area before bed is like magic by the morning. Amazing product!

After a couple of weeks of use we have seen great improvements in our 3 year olds sleep. No more getting out of bed in the night and much less restlessness while sleeping. I used Juno on myself and my 2 older kids & we loved it! I definitely slept way better, found I was counting myself to sleep less each night & actually feeling like I had a restful night. As a busy mum of 4 and working an active job as a residential cleaner I quite often suffer with strained or pulled muscles. I recently tried the magnesium spray for a reoccurring strain in my leg/knee. It's easy to use and provided noticeable relief which helped to rest and get to sleep. I found a spritz in the morning on the sore spot helps provide some relief before I start my day. I also tried the magnesium spray for kids. This was awesome the kids love spraying their feet and having a wee footrub after bathtime and I do believe it has helped our bedtime routine. It helps them to relax and get a better night's sleep.
I have had issues with waking up during the night and struggling to get back to sleep again. I like how I can use it before sleep, and during the night I can top it up again if I need to!
